Please submit your abstracts to the Scientific Committee by Aug 15, 2026. Abstracts should be structured in four parts: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion. You must use the word “Abstract Template” provided on the right.
Please submit your abstract along in one document with any supporting tables and/or figures directly to admin@neuromodulation.ca with email title: “CNS Conference Abstract”
You may submit one figure and one table per abstract. In your e-mail submission, please include the following:
- Title
- Authors
- Affiliations
- Conflicts of Interest (please indicate none if there are none)
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- References
Your abstract can be a maximum of 300 words.
All submitted abstracts will be considered for the Conference Bursary. Those awarded the Conference Bursary will have their abstract submitted to the Neuromodulation Journal.
Conference Bursary: The CNS will award complimentary registration and 15 bursaries for CNS members for best abstracts selected for presentation at the meeting (allocation specifically for physicians & researchers, and for allied health & nursing). $500 CAD for presenters travelling by road to present at the meeting and $1,250 CAD for presenters travelling by air to present at the meeting. Abstracts must be submitted by the abstract deadline.
